đ§ Thoughtful Thought
âPlan B is not just having alternative strategies, but also strategizing your emotional states before you choose any alternative.â â Dr Mehernosh J Randeria

Instant Confidence with NLP
Confidence isnât something you either have or donâtâitâs a state of mind you can access anytime with NLP. One simple technique is anchoring. Think of a time when you felt truly confidentâmaybe after a big win or a moment of success. Close your eyes and relive it fully: see what you saw, hear what you heard, and feel that power in your body.
Now, as the feeling peaks, create a physical anchorâpress your thumb and forefinger together or tap your chest. Repeat this process several times, strengthening the link between the gesture and the confident state.
Next time you need a boost before a big meeting, presentation, or conversation, activate your anchor. Your mind will recall that confident state instantly. Confidence isnât luckâitâs a skill you can train. And with NLP, youâre always just one trigger away from stepping into your best self.

What Bridges Are You Leaving Behind?
The old man wiped the sweat off his forehead as he pushed through the thick forest. His feet crunched against the damp earth, the air filled with the scent of leaves and soil. Birds called from a distance, their songs echoing through the trees.
After a long walk, he reached a river. It was wide and fast, the water rushing past with force. He looked around for a way across, but there was none. If he wanted to continue, he would have to build a bridge.
Slowly, he gathered strong branches, tied them together with vines, and placed logs to hold everything in place. His hands, though old, worked steadily. When the bridge was ready, he tested it carefully, one step at a time, until he reached the other side.
Relieved, he could have moved on. But he didnât.
Instead, he turned back and reinforced the bridge, making it stronger and safer. He knew others would come this way, and he wanted to help them.
Just then, a traveler arrived and watched him curiously.
âYouâve already crossed,â the traveler said. âWhy are you still working on the bridge?â
The old man smiled. âBecause someone else will need it too. I struggled to cross, but now others wonât have to.â
The traveler nodded and stepped onto the bridge, grateful for the strangerâs kindness.
So ask yourself:Â What bridges are you leaving behind?Â

đ Hook from the Book
âSingles are envious of those who are married, and married couples envy those with children, but people with children are envious of singles. Itâs an endless merry-go-round. But isnât that funny? That each person should be chasing the tail of the person in front of them, when no one is coming first or last. In other words, when it comes to happiness nothing is better or worseâthere is no definitive state.â â Michiko Aoyama, What You Are Looking for is in the Library
đŹ Movie Motivation
âGet busy living, or get busy dying.â This dialogue from The Shawshank Redemption underscores the power of choice and commitment. In NLP, adopting a proactive mindset means choosing to take meaningful actions rather than remaining passive, which ultimately shapes your reality.
