âł One Minute NLP
NLP for Instant State Shifts
Ever felt stuck in a bad mood and just couldnât snap out of it? NLP teaches that your emotional state isnât fixedâitâs flexible. And you can shift it in seconds by changing your physiology, focus, or self-talk.
Start with your body. Stand up straight, breathe deeply, lift your chest, and smileâeven if you donât feel like it. Your brain takes cues from your posture. Change the way you move, and you change the way you feel.
Then, shift your focus. Ask yourself, âWhatâs something Iâm grateful for right now?â or âWhat can I look forward to today?â Your mind goes where your questions lead it.
Finally, change your inner voice. Instead of âThis is too hard,â say âIâve handled worseâletâs go.â Say it with energy.
In just a minute, you can move from stuck to strong. From flat to fired-up. Your state is yours to shiftâany time you choose.

Who Decides Where The Bullseye Is?
In a peaceful little village nestled among green hills, a famous archer once came for a visit. As he walked through the village, something strange caught his eye.
Wallsâdozens of themâcovered with painted targets. And right in the middle of every single one? An arrow. Perfectly shot. Bullseye after bullseye.
The archer couldnât believe it.
âWhoâs the genius behind this?â he asked, completely amazed.
The villagers started laughing.
âOh that? Thatâs just our village fool!â
The archer raised an eyebrow. âFool or not, I want to meet him. This kind of aim is no joke.â
Soon, the âfoolâ showed upâmessy hair, a cheeky grin, and eyes full of mischief.
The archer greeted him with deep respect.
âTell me your secret,â he said. âHow do you always hit the bullseye?â
The fool leaned in, like he was about to whisper an ancient trick. Then he laughed and said,
âOh, thatâs easy! I shoot the arrow first⌠and then I draw the target around it!â
The archer was stunnedâand then he smiled.
Because in that silly-sounding answer was a powerful truth:
Success isnât always about hitting the ârightâ target. Sometimes, itâs about making the target after you’ve taken the shot. Itâs about seeing meaning in where you land.
So my question to you is â Are you too focused on hitting a fixed goal? Or are you open to creating new meaning from where your arrow lands?

đŹ Movie Motivation
âWhich would be worse, to live as a monster or to die as a good man?â This dialogue from the movie Shutter Island is a powerful reframe, showing how a person can reinterpret a painful truth and make a choice aligned with their deeper values and preferred self-image.
