⏳ One Minute NLP

The Circle of Excellence

Imagine being able to step instantly into your best self—confident, calm, and in control. NLP gives you a tool for that: the Circle of Excellence.

Here’s how it works. Close your eyes and imagine a glowing circle of light on the floor in front of you. This circle represents your most resourceful state—confidence, focus, joy, whatever you need right now.

Now, recall a moment when you felt that emotion fully. See what you saw, hear what you heard, feel it building inside you. As it grows stronger, step into the circle. Let that feeling fill every part of you.

Anchor it there.
When you’re done, step out—and test it. Step back in and feel the power return.

You’ve just trained your brain to summon resourceful states on demand.

With the Circle of Excellence, your best self is never lost—it’s just one step away.

🔮 Meta Magic

The Power of Imagination

Once upon a time in a small Indian village, there lived a potter named Bhola, known for crafting the most beautiful earthen pots and for being constantly followed by his five loyal donkeys.

Every day, Bhola would load sacks of wet mud on their backs, head to the riverbank, and by sunset, return home through a dense forest.
It was his daily ritual to tie all five donkeys to a tree, rest under the shade of another, and then continue his journey refreshed.

But one evening, Bhola discovered a problem that he had only four ropes.
One donkey would have to remain untied.

Helpless, he took that donkey near him, thinking he’d keep an eye open while taking a nap. But the donkey brayed, stomped, and refused to let Bhola sleep.

Just then, a villager passing by stopped and said with a grin,

“Tie him, but only in his mind.”

Bhola blinked. “What?”

“Pretend,” the villager chuckled. “Just pretend you’re tying him with a rope. He’ll stay.”

It sounded absurd, but Bhola, desperate for some sleep, went along with it.
He pretended to tie the donkey… looping an imaginary rope and securing it to an imaginary knot.

And like magic, the donkey stayed still.

Bhola slept like a baby.

The next morning, Bhola untied the four real donkeys and gestured for all five to move.
But one didn’t budge- the imaginary-tied one stood still.

Bhola tried pulling, pushing, yelling – nothing worked.
Until the same villager walked by again and said,

“You tied him in his mind. You must untie him there too.”

Feeling half-foolish, half-curious, Bhola made the motion of untying the invisible rope.

The donkey instantly followed.

Meta-Magic Moment:
Sometimes, the ropes that hold us back aren’t real – just invisible habits, fears, and beliefs tied in our minds.

So ask yourself today –
Which habit is still tying you, even when the rope is long gone?

📖 Hook from the Book

“Never underestimate the big importance of small things.” — Matt Haig, The Midnight Library

🎬 Movie Motivation

“Jab log tumse tumhara sapna chheenne ki koshish karein, toh apna sapna aur zor se pakad lena chahiye.” Translated to “When people try to snatch your dream away, you should hold onto it even tighter.””

This dialogue from the movie Gunjan is a reminder to anchor belief perseverance and emotional resilience.
