What is Coaching?

The coaching process is entirely centered around YOU as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. Together we discover your goals and the paths that lead you to realizing them fully.

 

The Coaching Framework:

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client. The opportunity for YOU as the client to get their results through coaching is based on the process of creating possibilities, changing habits, eliminating limiting beliefs and taking action as identified during the coaching sessions.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, consulting, mentoring, training, or advice.

Coaching is for individuals who are physically, mentally and emotionally healthy.

Coaching structure facilitates the process of personal and professional development through a joint discovery and design of the client-coach relationship. By entering into this relationship, the client and the coach acknowledge that the client wants to make progress and change in her/his life. Every individual is unique and hence the rate of progress will be unique to each individual. Hence the client commits to working with the coach for an initial period of not less than 3 months, by way of atleast 6 coaching sessions of 60 minutes each. This duration allows time for gradual discovery as well as implementation of actions which may start yielding results after a short gestation period.

Coaching sessions may be conducted face to face, over zoom or even over a phone call. The coaching schedule will be prepared in advance, and both the client and the coach are expected to adhere to this schedule.

Confidentiality

The coach agrees to keep all client information and conversations as private and confidential and any sharing of information will be allowed only after express written authorization from the client.
